By using Centivize, you agree to these Terms. Centivize provides card-rewards planning tools and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

Accounts and use

• You are responsible for account security and lawful use.
• Do not misuse, reverse engineer, or disrupt service operations.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store. Billing and cancellations are managed by Apple.

Disclaimers

Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Centivize is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Apple terms

• These terms are between you and Centivize, not Apple.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary and may enforce applicable provisions.
